freshwater pearl jewelry
Weddings are so much fun - why stop with just one day of celebration? Many couples are having a variety of additional parties in the days and weeks following their weddings. It is a great way to get to spend more time with your loved ones and to bask in the freshwater pearl jewelry glow of your new marriage.

The first post-wedding party that most couples have is a brunch the day after their ceremony and reception. This has become such a common practice that not having a brunch is almost more unusual than having one. The post-wedding brunch is generally held in the hotel where most of the guests are staying to make it as convenient as possible.

Ideally, the brunch following a wedding should be a fairly relaxed affair. That is not to say that you cannot have an elaborate spread of food if that is your preference; it is just better to have the brunch be an event that your guests can drop into at a time that suits them. For this reason, a buffet makes the most sense.

Schedule a fairly long window for your guests to come to the brunch; 10am - 1pm is usually perfect as it allows time for the late risers to still come by, but it also lets those with early flights to spend a few minutes with the newlyweds before dashing off to cultured pearl jewelry the airport. Speaking of the bride and groom, they should plan to be there for the entire brunch. Your friends and family will be glad to get to chat with you in a more relaxed setting the day after the wedding. Even if your brunch will be casual, the newlyweds should still put some effort into their appearance, as they will be the center of attention. The bride can wear something along the lines of a twinset with a pretty skirt and a piece of her wedding jewelry.

A post-wedding brunch is wonderful, but it is certainly not the only gathering that you may want to have. One of the nicest things that newlyweds can do is to hold an intimate dinner party for their closest friends a few weeks after returning from their honeymoon. This is a fun opportunity to use all of that beautiful china and crystal that you received as wedding presents. Don't make the guest list too large - you do not want to stress yourself out by taking on a huge party so soon after your wedding. Two or three other couples, a nice bottle of wine, and some good food is just right.

When you are thinking about post-wedding festivities, don't forget about your parents if they live nearby. You can have both sets of parents over to pearl necklace get to know one another better now that they are family. Best of all, your parents can't complain if you want to spend most of the evening showing off your wedding album and honeymoon pictures!

The final type of party that you may want to have after your wedding is a more formal reception for those who were not able to attend the wedding. This is often done in cases where the wedding was small and distant, such as a destination wedding. A bride whose parents have a large social circle may also want to consider having a post-wedding reception in her hometown for her parents' extended group of friends. As this is usually a formal party, the bride may even wish to wear her wedding gown and bridal jewelry, and the groom can wear a tuxedo or a pearl earrings suit.

Once you have made it through all of the post-wedding festivities, it will finally be time to settle down to the business of building your new life together as husband and wife. It may not be quite as exciting as having party after party thrown in your honor, but it can still be the start of a wonderful new adventure!

cultured pearl jewelry
Outdoor weddings are incredibly popular. If you are planning to have a tent over your reception area, you will have some special design challenges. How do you go cultured pearl jewelry about transforming a plain white tent into an elegant and unforgettable reception?

One of the nice things about having your wedding reception in a tent is that you are basically starting with a blank slate. The natural beauty of your site can serve as inspiration, but you will not be faced with trying to work around a pre-existing color palette as you would at an indoor venue. This is the good news. The freedom afforded by that blank slate is also going to be your biggest decorating challenge; when you start with a mass of white fabric, deciding where to start can feel like staring at a blank page with writer's block!

The trends for decorating an outdoor wedding are similar to what brides are doing for inside receptions. At a tented wedding, you may find more natural elements being used, but the basic framework is still going to be the same. You want your tent décor to freshwater pearl strand fit in with your overall style.

If you are having a very classic ceremony and the bride is wearing a traditional gown with custom pearl bridal jewelry, then you want that timeless feeling to carry through into your reception décor. On the other hand, if you are wearing a daring designer gown and your bridal jewelry is custom made from unique and organic looking keshi pearls, you will want to find more eclectic design elements for your tent.

The hottest trend for weddings inside or outside is to hang decorations from the ceiling. Often this is in the form of a chandelier. You can rent one massive crystal chandelier for the center of the tent if your reception is going to be very formal, or have smaller feminine chandeliers suspended over each table. This is an interesting flip on the idea of bringing the outside to an inside venue. In this case, you are making your reception more elegant by bringing an indoor element, such as a chandelier, to an outdoor space, the tent. It will certainly be a surprising element that your guests will notice right away.

If you love the idea of hanging something in your tent, but do not want to use traditional chandeliers, there are many other great options. Handcrafted lighting fixtures can be created using natural materials such as grapevine and flowers for akoya pearl strand an earthy feeling. You can also go with a modern elegant style and suspend clear plexiglass squares covered with pillar candles for a glowing and chic ambiance.

When you are trying to make a plain white tent appear more elegant, it is important to cover up the utilitarian parts of it, such as posts and other supports. There are many beautiful ways to do this. One idea is to drape lengths of fabric from the ceiling of the tent. If you choose a soft color like peach or rose, it will also cast a very flattering glow onto the skin of everyone present. Fabric can also be used to hide vertical supports in a tent. One of the most stylish ways to pearl strands do is is hang draperies around the posts so that they look like part of your design, rather than something unattractive that you are trying to hide.

A tented wedding can have a magic all of its own. You have the ability to transform your wedding reception into a place that brings your vision to life. When you take the time to consider the tent decorations, the result will be a pearl beads gorgeous space to dine and dance the night away.

multi-strand necklaces
Flowers are one of the most special parts of a wedding, and I am not just referring to the bouquets and centerpieces. One of the current trends is to adorn the multi-strand necklaces bride with floral accents in her hair, her gown, and even on her shoes. Whether they are fresh, fabric, or pearls, flowers are a very pretty addition to the bride's ensemble.

For a few years, the trend in wedding details was heavy "bling". Lots of silver embroidery, rhinestones, and crystals on everything from the bridal gown to the centerpieces to the cake. Sparkle is still loved by many brides, but it is being toned down a bit to allow more of an emphasis on softer accents. This is why the use of floral accents has become so popular.

The soft and romantic hairstyles that are in vogue for brides pair perfectly with floral bridal jewelry for the hair. Fresh flowers are one option for your hair accent. Some of the more popular include rosebuds, gardenias, and orchids. As pretty as they are, though, fresh flowers do have some limitations, such as wilting and being too large an ornament for some women. A great alternative is a delicate headpiece that is crafted in a floral design. Some of the loveliest bridal jewelry for the hair would be items like pearl hairpins in the shapes of a little flower or a tin cup necklace comb with a crystal and pearl floral motif.

Wedding gowns have changed a lot in recent seasons. The heavily embellished satin ballgown is falling in favor a bit; brides are finding soft and romantic gowns with eclectic details to be more to their liking. Look for beautiful silk chiffon and organza dresses with handmade flower appliques that are just begging to be worn in a garden or on a beach. One of the most of-the-moment styles is a one shoulder gown that has a cluster of fabric flowers running over the shoulder and trailing down the back of the bodice a bit.

If you like a gown with a fuller skirt, take a look at the wedding dresses that are being created from embroidered silk organzas. This lovely fabric is often covered with a delicate floral design, and it can be pleated and gathered to create a full but soft skirt on opera or rope necklace a wedding dress. One of the nice things about this type of floral accent is that it is fairly subtle, but when your guests get a close look at your gown, they will have their breath stolen by its feminine beauty.

Your bridal shoes are a terrific place to take advantage of the floral trend. A very simple pair of pumps can be made special with the addition of a large silk flower. This would be a fun place to add a pop of color to your wedding ensemble; choose a flower in one of your wedding colors, or go for the classic "something blue". For beach brides, a silk flower can be added to the center of a pretty thong sandal to dress it up enough to be worthy of being worn on freshwater pearl necklace your wedding day.

Flowers will always be in style for brides, but this year there are even more wonderful options than usual for floral accents. They are an easy way to make your bridal ensemble even prettier and more romantic. Best of all, pieces like floral hairpins and shoes can even be worn again - perhaps on your honeymoon!

Nature vs Nurture(1)
Now most of us do not have the inflatable looks of Brad Pitt or Naomi Campbell, or the physical prowess of Shaka Zulu or Alexander the Great. But fortunately modern society has increased its demand for and value of our mental attributes, which we can do something about! Now we serfs can ensure that our children do not remain condemned to menial roles in society in future.

There is one drawback, however. Our capacity for inflatable bouncer growth and skill development (both physical and mental) is greatest at birth and declines steadily thereafter. This is partly due to natural aging of body and brain, but also because every bad habit we learned yesterday will block us from learning a good one tomorrow. We quickly learn to reject or ignore information that does not fit neatly into our developing physical, mental, cultural and emotional framework. Experts agree on this diminishing capacity with age and only seem to differ on the rate at which it occurs and whether the decline is linear, or exponential and, if the inflatable castles latter, does it halve every five, 10, or 20 years.

This is quite scary! If our capacity halved every 10 years, by the time we go to school at age six, we would have used some 45% of our life potential capacity for mental growth. Many parents clearly waste these formative years waiting for the school to teach their child everything except some home language communication! Such unfortunate children start school with inflatable water games an incredible handicap against their more nurtured peers, which they will never make up. Their parents will, of course, still blame the school and everybody else, when their offspring expectedly fail to become doctors or lawyers.

I believe that 99% of our children are born with a thirst for knowledge and an incredible capacity to grow and learn. Whether this appetite is stunted or stimulated during these formative years depends on us as parents - not God, the inflatable tent school, government, "others" or history. To build a winning nation this duty is ours alone.

Nature vs Nurture
We are each a complex blend of good or bad, physical and mental qualities, which define who we are, how we think and act, whether we succeed in pearl jewelry life and how we choose to measure that success. But can we be more than we are today?

Barely 100 years ago, almost all societies believed that 99% of our attributes were genetic, a result of nature that could not be changed. Then, the "stock" from which you were conceived was considered paramount - as it is in freshwater pearl beads present day racehorse breeding! People largely accepted that some of us were born to be kings, chiefs, or leaders, whilst others were sentenced to a more menial life.

Today we still accept that nature will largely determines our physical attributes, such as strength, health, looks, etc, but there is now vast evidence that our mental attributes, such as morality, intelligence, personality and freshwater loose pearl leadership qualities, are far more heavily influenced by how we are nurtured as children.
